A quest for a better quality food in east Texas led founders Susann Briggs and Nancy Irick-Briggs to open up their own restaurant. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed menu choices, they've had great success in several east Texas area towns.
The two perfected the menu and experienced great success. In fact, food specialities are a frequent addition to their menu choices, coupled with the customers frequent favorites of the Barrel House Burger, Steaks, Salmon, Chicken dishes, salads and homemade breads.
